Before purchasing content (tones or images) you must check that your handset is compatible by choosing your handset on the website (Select Phone / Change Phone link).
- Your phone must be WAP and GPRS enabled to receive content from 193 123 – being a Poly Tone, True Tone, Wallpaper etc.
- When downloading content, your carrier may charge you standard download rates.
- Please refer to your handset manual for saving and assigning your new content to your phone.
- You must seek permission from the bill payer before using this service as purchases will be charged to the mobile account – this excludes PayPal purchases.
- If you have any problems receiving your tone or image, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1800 444 407 or help@idstxtra.com.au.
- Refunds will not be given if you download a tone or image to an incompatible phone or if your phone was not WAP and GPRS enabled.
- In the event of a technical error, your content will be resent to you free of charge by our Customer Service Team – you must lodge a complaint via phone or email.
